Germany needs a uniform federal nature protection law, because in my view, federalism is that I would otherwise call for almost everything exceptionally out of place. Only if we create a uniform system in Germany, we can offer a holistic nature strips, while enterprise legal certainty. In addition, of course, other international agreements for nature conservation should be taken. From This is why I have just supported the following appeal to Mrs. Merkel:

As from the inglorious end of the environmental code now does not fail even the Federal Nature Conservation Act. We encourage you as chancellor and party leader to help carry in the final deliberations of government and to ensure that in this legislative period, a powerful federal nature protection law is passed.
