8 Month Old Dry Cough

It starts again in Northern Ireland

yesterday were at one of the heaviest attacks since the Good Friday Agreement (1998), two British soldiers by members of the Real IRA (a splinter group of the IRA) before a military barracks killed and more (also a pizza delivery) seriously injured. This could fill a prelude to renewed armed conflict between Britain and Ireland in the UK his Northern Irish area. Of course, immediately, all political forces in Ireland and the UK, condemned the attack and considered a backward step of Friedensprozreß. Even Sinn Fein said the fact that the bombers had no support. But the Republicans could soon be in trouble if the British react to this act of provocation. Prime Minister Gordon Brown announced already at times that "we will do everything in our power to ensure the security of Northern Ireland". Whether to the Good Friday Agreement is in question is rather unlikely. However, the Real IRA announced further measures by the British certainly will not remain unanswered.
me it is once again proof that the Good Friday Agreement covers the problems instead of resolving. In the long term it will only achieve peace (North) enter Ireland if the occupying forces withdraw. We Germans know best what it means to live in a divided country to have. Unfortunately, it was omitted in 1922, to work towards an all-Ireland solution and the north lightly to sell the Anglo-Irish Treaty.

Take it down from the mast, Irish traitors
It's the flag we Republicans claim.
It can never belong to Free Staters,
For You've brought on it nothing but shame.

So leave it to those who are willing,
To uphold it in war and in peace.
To the men who intend to defend it
Until England's tyranny cease.

You've murdered brave Liam and Rory,
You've taken young Richard and Joe.
Your hands with their blood are all gory,
Fulfilling the work of the foe.

But we stand with Enright and Larkin,
With Daly and Sullivan bold.
We'll break down the English connection,
And we'll win back the nation you sold.

Well you sold the six counties for your freedom
Whilst we gave you McCracken, and Wolfetone,
And brave Ulstermen have fought for you in Dublin,
Now you leave us here to fight all alone!
